Criteria Meet Specification

Is the student able to articulate how they approached their AdWords campaign?

  • Project has been submitted using the Google Doc Template provided
  • Described approach (e.g. campaign structure, keyword strategy, ad copy) in 250 words or less Note: the description should include your assigned course and country.
  • Clearly stated the marketing objective and KPI for the AdWords campaign
  • All of the required slides have been completed

Does the student know how to build a campaign in AdWords?

  • Campaign Name refers to Student ID
  • Ad Group names reflect student’s approach (e.g. referring to stages of the customer journey, different product features, or audience segmentation)
  • Campaign consists of two Ad Groups
  • Each Ad Group has a minimum of 20 keywords
  • Keywords selected align with student’s approach
  • Each Ad Group has at least two ads
  • Student provided compelling ad copy for all text ads
  • Daily spend for the campaign is set to $10.00 or $15.00 for Option 1
    *Daily spend for the campaign is set to $15.00 or $20.00 for Option 2
  • Student has “Saved and Paused” their campaign
  • All required screenshots have been included in the submission
